The Virginia Bar Association Foundation is organized as a Section 501(c)(3) entity within the Internal Revenue Code to conduct and support charitable and educational purposes of The Virginia Bar Association.
The Patron Program is designed to elicit support for the good works of the VBA Foundation from VBA members and others. Gifts in memory or in honor of colleagues, friends and/or family members are ways to provide a living, continuing tribute, and are welcomed by the VBA Foundation.
All gifts are fully deductible as provided by IRS guidelines.
